1. Who we are

Agent Ape ("we") provides an AI copilot for game development. Contact: contact@agentape.ai.

2. Information we collect

Email address (when you join the waitlist).
Account details from Google sign-in (email, name).
Subscription & balance records (processed by Stripe; we do not store card data).
Opt-in product telemetry only.

3. How we use it

To provide and improve the service, process billing, and communicate about access and updates. We do not sell your data.

4. Service providers

We use Supabase (authentication & database, EU region), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Google (sign-in). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

5. Your code & keys (BYOK)

Agent Ape runs on your own model provider. Your source code and API keys stay on your machine — we do not receive or store them.

6. Data location

Account and billing data is hosted in the EU (eu-central-1), aligned with GDPR.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and object to processing. Contact contact@agentape.ai.

8. Cookies & analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics and only the cookies required to keep you signed in.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version.
