1. Acceptance
By using Agent Ape, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Agent Ape is an in-editor AI copilot for game development. It runs on your own model provider (BYOK).
3. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard. Prepaid balance top-ups are non-refundable. Taxes are applied where required.
5. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Agent Ape. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer it.
6. Your content & provider usage
Your code and assets remain yours. With BYOK, you are responsible for your model provider's usage and costs.
7. Engine & third-party terms
You are responsible for complying with your game engine's license (e.g. the Unreal Engine EULA) and any third-party tools you use. Agent Ape grants no engine rights.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully or to harm others or our systems.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI output may be inaccurate — review changes before relying on them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
11. Termination
Either party may end the agreement; some terms survive termination.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
